|Annie resides in Tucson Arizona with work frequently taking her to other areas of the country. She was born in Tacoma Washington, the youngest of three children. Her family moved to northern California where she lived until 1986.|
Annie has been involved with both commercial and residential building for over twentyfour years. Starting as a laborer for a painting company in Sacramento California she learned enough to make a living on her own. She then started her first business.
| Relocating to Tucson in 1986, she worked as a foreman for a painting company absorbing all aspects of the business. After four years she opened her present business consisting of artistic painting, wall covering, faux finishing and dry wall services.
Annie continues to refine her craft through specialty courses and seminars. Staying on top of new developments and techniques enhance her ability to innovate her own unique finishes. With her natural eye for color and the capacity to visualize a finish, any pattern or color can inspire ideas.|
|Annie has recently become certified by the Paint and Decorating Retailers Association as a Certified Faux Consultant. This certification in recognition of her knowledge and expertise of faux techniques, preparation and application was awarded in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 31, 2001. See News Release.|
||Jason Welch, Annie's youngest son, inherited her hands on ability to produce masterful work. He has been around the business his entire life. In 1998 he joined Annie, adding his talent to the many they both possess. Jason has become a significant member of the business.|
Annie's artistic faux finishes have been an intrinsic part of several award winning designs.|
